||Paradisiacal Juncture||

My soul leaps and twists,
Yearning for a taste of the morning mist.
Inhaling untouched air,
I'm welcomed by purity's lair.

Spare me the city's chaos and noise,
I'd rather admire greenery's poise.
The sole of my bare feet,
And the moist green grass have a pleasant meet.

If this is what it takes for my mind to be at peace,
I'd never want this paradisiacal juncture to cease.

A/N:I remember writing this poem while planning a spontaneous getaway with my family.
We decided that we needed a break from all the chaos that followed after my cancer relapsed.
It lasted only three days,but it definitely was and still is one of the best vacations of my life.
Hopefully,life has more of these kinds of vacations in store for me.

Have a good day everyone!
