Told

I was told that if you were to walk away, it wouldn't matter.

I was told that if you were to leave me, it wouldn't hurt.

I was told that if you were to replace me, it wouldn't change a thing.

But, all of that was a lie.

For, by the time you walked away, I was crying all night.

For, by the time you left, I was full of pain and regrets.

For, by the time you replace me, I completely change.

I believed everything I was told, that's the biggest mistake I ever did.
