I Got Scared

I got scared.

I ran away.

I was looking for a safe haven

I ended up in a challenging place

A place where I have to pick

Between Staying

And Leaving

Because You gave me enough love

And pain

To make me stay

And make me leave

You gave me feelings of doubt

And trust

To make me believe

And make me suspect

If you're lying

Or telling the truth

Somehow I ended up confused

Cause I was sure

That I wouldn't do this

I guess I lied
