Chapter Eight: Surprised

Riri's POV:

"Riri wait!. What's wrong?!".

I run so fast na halos binabangga ko na ang mga tao. I saw him again with this girl. She's gorgeous, flaunting her grace slapping me that I am nobody to her. Ethan's hand was on her waist telling guys to back off.

I stopped. I felt I'm gonna burst. Ang sakit ng katawan ko parang binugbug dahil sa kirot na nararamdaman ko sa nakita ko kanina.

" hey". Parker gently touched my shoulder.

Then I cried. I cried so much. I cried because I love him so much . Akin lang siya, gusto kong isigaw yun sa babaeng kasama niya . I punched my chest telling internally ' I don't deserve this'

"Shhh." Parker hugs me na para bang alam na niya kung bakit ako nagkaganito.

" is he that guy with a lady your boyfriend?"  He asked but I did not answer.

" I just want to go home Parker. Thank you".

He never said a word. He drove me home and he knew where I live. He kissed me on my cheeks.

" I'll text you later okay".

Tumango lang ako feeling gloomy, na para bang binagsakan ng isang truck ng bigas. Parang pasan ko lahat ng mga problema ng bansang ito.

I went directly to the guest room at humiga. My feet on hanging on the bed while my hands freely spread.

" ano bang kulang?". sabi ko

Ayoko siyang mawala sa akin. Mahal ko siya. I will lose everything for him. I don't want to leave him. Neither he will leave me.

What is going on?!. Did I bore him?. He should ask if he wanted a fuck! He should ask if he wanted me to flirt him. Kulang ba ang flirting movements ko?.

Do I have to confront him?. I'm scared as shit. What should I tell?.

My tears streaked on my eyes and I let myself slumber.

Nagising ako nang may nakadantay na kamay sa bewang ko.

Shit, I overly slept. I forgot .  Ethan was sleeping soundly  beside me. Wait, kinarga niya ako pabalik dito sa kwarto?. As what I have remembered, nasa guest room ako kanina. He still cares.

It's 2:45 am. Pinawi ko ang kanyang kamay at umalis sa kama. I was surpised when he grip hard on my waist.

" hey, where are you going?". Medyo inaantok niyang tanong.

" I'm thirsty". I plainly said.

Bumangon siya at sinamahan niya akong bumaba papuntang kusina.

Umupo ako sa counter chair at tinitignan ang topless body niya. Napansin ko na napapanatili niya ang well built na katawan niya. I somehow blushed nang naalala ko ang mga moments na pinipindot ko ang kanyang mga abs.

" here. Why are you blushing?".

" thanks. Wala."

He sat across me at tinitigan niya ako habang iniinom ko ang tubig.

" bakit ba pakiramdam ko medyo lumalayo ka sa akin lately?". Ethan asked that caught me off guard.

Suddenly I remembered what happened yesterday. I almost choked from the water.

" are you okay?". Lumapit siya sa akin at ewan ko ba ng bigla ko siyang hinatak papalapit sa akin at hinalikan ko siya.

He was surprised but he never let go of me. He kissed me too.  I let myself go first and looked him in the eye.
