All quickly, ugly and all, I was bored when I decided to draw the Midoriya twins then this pop out so yeah... No wonder the ending was lacking, I was supposed to add a little bit of Kisaki's feelings why he kept hurting Deku, and yeah, it may still sound unreasonable but he just wanted her to hate him...
Instead she grew up scared of him, spending her entire life trying to impress him.
He failed, because Izuku actually somewhere still loves him as she seeks for the love he once gave her.
