ANGEL LOVER
Last night I dreamt of an angel
Whose touch was dynamite
The sight of him was fatal, he claimed and stole my heart
He was a dark intruder, a ravisher of my dreams
Incandescent to my eyes, his glory was extreme
My body I surrendered, willing and obedient
He plundered and assaulted, in wildness I exploded
My world will never be the same, in dreams I wish to wander
To feast my eyes upon his frame each night for ever more
No worldly man can ever match my lucent angel lover
He’s spoilt me for a mortal match, for me there is no other
And so I spend each day in wait for nightfall and for slumber
He has my heart, my mind and soul, my libidinous angel lover.
