Rikza's POV:

To say I was not shocked would be an understatement as I was far more than shocked when I heard the truth from Daadu.

At first I barely believed it, but then the tears in his eyes and the way he apologized for what he did long back made Me believe his words.

His face was again enrolled with fresh tears when he spoke about Daddy.
The guilt in his eyes and the way he cried holding my hand begging for forgiveness was just so devastating.

I just could not control my tears anymore and let it flow down freely.

Daadu seemed to be relieved by then. Finally, After blurting out every thing, the past which was like a burden to him, he seemed content.

Mommy looked at me when Daadu begged regarding the funeral ceremony to be held at his home.

I nodded in approval observing the plea in his eyes. After all he could do the least to his son who is no more.

Daddu thanked us for approving him to do what he wished for.

The atmosphere around us was quite gloomy and inorder to cheer everyone,Abi squealed in delight and hugged me.

"Sissy" She engulfed me in a bear hug. She then cupped my face as she and kissed my cheek.

I struggled to let go of her grip from my cheek and her so-called kiss since I was feeling awkward, when she commented,
"Don't worry Riku, I am straight"

I kicked her feet in response whilst she stumbled back groaning.
"Ouch, That hurts girl".

Everyone laughed at her reaction. She sent me a glare to which I pouted like a baby and winked at her while all she could do was to roll her eyes. Such a crazy fella she is.

Aunty hugged Mommy and then came to me. She pecked a kiss on my forehead and embraced in a warm hug as she whispered,
"Welcome to our family".

I graced with a warm smile in response to which she returned it with a similar one. They later asked us to stay there while we kindly refused.

Abi compelled me to stay with her but I denied since I really needed Mommy by my side and vice versa as she too needs her daughter by her side, especially on this drastic night.

I wanna be there for her to console her and assure her that I'll always be there for her.

Abi understood and let me go after all she was not so immature.

Daaniyal's POV:

I'm on my way to airport, since it's time to go back to my native place.
I am super excited to meet my family after a long time.

My flight will departure any minute now. I buckled up my seat as recited the invocation which was to be read while traveling.
