It is Allah who hears
and sees the footsteps
of a black ant;
on a black mountain;
in the midst of
darkest and deepest nights,,
Then surely, HE hears YOU.
It is Indeed Allah who hears YOU. ~Anonymous.

Rikza's POV:

I sat at the far end of the bathroom, my body shaking from head to toe due to the immense fear. My mind started to think about that terrible night which got me goosebumps.

I wanted to scream but couldn't do so as the thought of Mommy crossed my mind. I was staying here at my place right now and I had to stop myself from creating a huge mess. I don't want to let them know about the truth regarding my relationship with Ayaan.

Let them be unaware of it. Let they be misunderstood, it's quite better for them. I don't wanna ruin their happiness. If they're at peace thinking that we are happy together, I'd definitely prefer them to be happy.

I had tears as the past haunted me. I let out a scream to which I suppressed by keeping a hand on my mouth. I glanced at the washroom to find a way to escape. My eyes witnessed a cockroach crawling towards me.

I cried in fear. My body trembled when I observed that it was a flying cockroach. I feared that it might reach me any minute now.

I secretly recited in my heart.
In-nal-laaha Ma'as- Saa-bireen.
(Verily, Allah is with the patient).

The thought of banging the door clicked me, but the next second I refused the idea due to the awareness of the family. They'll get to know about his punishment.

"Nooo, please, I beg you. Please leave me, stop chasing me. Daddy, help me" I shivered as I saw those men with lustful eyes approaching me. I screamed my lungs out just when my eye lids fell heavy and hence, I lost my conscience.

The last thing I felt was someone held my arms to prevent me from falling straight on the watery floor. When I got my conscience back, I felt a strong built surface around me. My instincts worked immediately and I struggled to free myself from the iron like grip.

His muscles stiffened under my head, which I had my head lied on. The thought that the guys succeeded in their attempts gave me a jolt of shock. I screamed my lungs out trying to freed my body away from them.

My eyes pinched to one another tightly as I didn't had the courage to face the reality. I fisted my fingers into a ball and punched the man in his chest, but to no avail. He never bothered my punches, instead he bent down a little to look into my eyes.

I was astounded by seeing the man in in the front. I inhaled a deep sigh of relief when I realised that it was my nightmare, Again. I roamed my eyes in discomfort.

His eyes were still. His gaze was piercing as to find the clue behind the mystery for my unusual behaviour. I averted my gaze to the floor as I could feel my heart beats getting uneven.
