Formal Ready

So the dance had finally arrived.

Sure there were a lot of other things to worry about but right now I was excited to actually be going with Stiles. I couldn't control my excitement. As I just got out of the shower, already getting ready to change into my dress, Scott had called me and asked me if I would go over to help him out with his suit and whatever.

I couldn't help but laugh slightly but I told him I would be right over.

I grabbed my makeup, dress, shoes, and made my way over to Scott's, deciding I would just get ready over there. When I arrived, I knocked on the front door and Scott dragged me inside.

"Woah, calm down. I still need to get ready." I laughed before he told me I could get ready in his bathroom. I thanked him before going in and starting my hair. "You sure this whole thing is a good idea?" I asked him while I finished curly my hair. I had decided to not curly it to the extreme, instead pinning back my bangs and only curlying the bottom of my hair.

"I just need to make sure she's okay.." Scott mumbled.

"Ugh dammit!" I cursed to myself while he asked me what happened. "Is your mom here? I need help evening out my eyeliner." I asked him while he said yeah and went to go call Ms.McCall.

"There you go.." Ms.McCall smiled at me while she told me to look in the mirror to see how she did. I smiled at my reflection, wow she did my makeup perfectly. "As beautiful as a rose.." She smiled at me sweetly.

I couldn't help but wonder if Ms.McCall always wanted a girl to be able to do girly things with, like help them with their makeup and hair, etc. I know she loves Scott, he's her son after all but I could kind of sense that she wished she had a daughter to do mother daughter things with..

"Thank you..." I smiled at her and decided that tonight was about letting myself get in touch with my emotions. "You know..my mom died when I was little...so it's kind of nice to have someone to be able to help me with this kind of stuff now.." I smiled at her while she smiled back at me.

"I know.." She pushed a fallen piece of hair out of my face. "Your mother would be proud to see the lovely young lady that you are..." It was silent for a bit until she asked me who I was going to the dance with. "Stiles..he asked me yesterday.." I blushed lightly.

"Stiles is a great boy..He's like one of my own..please look after him.." She smiled at me lightly. I knew what she was trying to ask.

"I wouldn't dare think of hurting him...He's the one person I really hope I never hurt.."

"I thought the two of you might get together..I haven't seen Stiles look at someone or talk about someone the way he does with you." She told me while I looked at her confused. "I hear him and Scott talking sometimes."

I laughed and thanked her while she offered to help me with the back zipper of my dress. I smiled and accepted her offer, grabbed my dress, stepping into it as she helped me zip up the back. I thanked her while putting on my heels and stepping out of the bathroom. I walked over to the mirror while smiling to myself and flipping my hair back. "How do I look?"

"you look beautiful." Ms.McCall smiled at me while I thanked her.

I flattened out my dress in the front. I had chosen to wear a short, strapless, red dress was a little bit of a poof at the bottom. I smiled while thanking Ms.McCall once again for helping me. Sure i didn't have my mom around... but Ms.McCall..she was nice.. I looked at her kind of like a motherly figure..I mean without one in my life..it's hard to find someone to view as a 'mother' figure..

Ms.McCall and I started gushing over the dress and how Stiles was my date much to Scott's annoyance, he asked his mom if he was done helping me so he could fix his pants that had ripped. I laughed before giving Ms.McCall a hug and thanked her while telling them i had to go back to my house because Stiles was picking me up there.

"Good luck and have fun tonight sweetie." She told me while I smiled, thanking her before leaving back to my house.

You know, this might be the only night in my life where I actually felt.....

Normal...

And it was all because of Stiles..

I smiled to myself when I heard the familiar road of his engine being turned off from the front yard. I smiled to myself even more when I heard him fumbling with something and mumbling words to himself. I looked out the window and I couldn't help but have my heart skip a beat when I saw him...

Stiles..

He's my anchor. He's everything and I will do whatever it takes to keep him safe

That's a promise I don't plan on breaking ..

Sorry this chapter is so short >.< I had a midterm for one of my classes today so I decided to write this between passing time.

I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT. I HAD A FEELING THAT (THE PERSON WHO DIED) WAS GOING TO DIE LIKE I DONT KNOW WHY BUT I WAS LIKE OH I KIND OF HOPE (THE PERSON WHO DIED) IT WAS GOING TO BE THEM BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT IT TO BE (THE OBVIOUS PERSON) BUT I NEVER THOUGHT THAT THEY WOULD ACTUALLY KILL THAT PERSON OFF.

anyways i didn't want to say the name incase someone didnt see monday's episode (: 

So i will update maybe tomorrow because today's my last day for all my midterms, college is a pain in the ass, so my spring break officially starts after my last midterm today :D hahaha i will be updating this story a lot over spring break hopefully unless by some miracle i get a life and actually go outside hahahahaha x I also wanted to say thank you to everyone who's read this fanfic so far, i love you guys you're so awesome and thanks to everyone who voted for this story or liked it like it's amazing :D <3333333333333
