You weren't sure how to tell him, that not wearing a condom got him a mini self. So you asked Dragon for help. The last time you asked Koala for advice about a secret, she just squealed and told him.
But what Dragon did was, a bit more... Weird...
Flashback time...
"Dragon-San?" You asked
"Yes (Y/N)?" He asked.
"How do I tell Sabo I'm pregnant?" You asked taking a seat.
He looked up at you, suddenly jumping over his desk and hugging you, then congratulating you on your promotion from sexed it to pregnant.
But he did tell you that you should just tell Sabo the truth, which is a 99.98% chance he'll be happy, and If he ditches you he will destroy him.

"(Y/N)?" Sabo asked, poking your cheek.
"Hm? Oh hey." You said.
He furrowed his brows looking at you.
"His some thing wrong? Who do I have to kill?" He asked.
You giggled at his choice of words.
"Well, I'm..."
You closed your eyes and said the last word.
"Pregnant."
There was silence
Then a hug.
Then Sabo jumping up and down and kissing you.
"I love you so much!" He said and laughed.
He suddenly placed you in bed and tucked the both of you in.
"I'm naming him Natsu." He said.
"I'm not letting you name him Natsu. If he's a boy." You said.
"Who's gong against me while your still affected by the drugs?" He asked with a triumphant smile.
"I'll have Dragon do it..."
End.
