Hey Everyone

So the time that we have all dreaded has finally arrived. This is my second last chapter before I start the sequel to Pure Blood: Hunted. Remember it's not the end... just a new begining.

I have such big plans for the second book. So without giving anything away, I'll say that the second book will be centred on the town as well as the capture of one of the main charaters.

I'll start uploading the new chapters to book 2 at the end of May.

In the mean time...

Enjoy.

Ciao,

Steph

(Recap)

We got to the guys and there was another guy standing with them. He was built like Hunter and I sniffed the air. He was a werewolf, and Hunter tells me I’m not allowed to talk to were’s, he’s such a hypocrite. His back was to us and the guys looked like they were deep in conversation, and it didn’t seem too serious .

“Hey guys we’re ready to go.” I said as we walked up to them

The guy turned around and looked over at Sammy, at first he looked a little confused like he wasn’t sure of something and then a slow smile appeared on his face. I looked at Sammy and she had a dumbstruck look on her face.

I heard her whisper in a shaky voice, “Oh crap.”

Chapter 35

“What? What is it?” I asked Sammy in barely a whisper, but loud enough for her to hear me. I got into a fighting stance, placing myself between the guy and Sammy. She didn’t reply to my question, and he barely noticed me, they just kept staring at each other.

“Ah here are the girls. Quinn this is Dylan and Sarah. Dylan, Sarah, this is Quinn.” Jack made the introductions, oblivious to what was going on.

“Er… nice to meet you Quinn. Jack we have to go. Dylan’s not feeling well; I think she had too much to drink.” Sammy said nothing except kept staring at Quinn

“Dylan…” Quinn said as if trying out the name on his tongue.

“Nice meeting you.” He put his hand out and Sammy looked at it like it was contaminated or something, not making an effort to take it.

“I want to go home now.” Sammy said while still looking at the hand. Quinn looked a little hurt and slowly pulled back his out stretched hand, quickly hiding the pain of rejection behind an easy smile. Sammy seemed like she didn’t notice, she just wanted to get away from him.
