➩Darcy takes your phone

I was cooking dinner one night, Harry was at an interview with James so it was just me and Darcy at home that night.

"Mommy?" She said as she walked into the kitchen, "where's daddy?"

"He's at a little meeting with James Corden baby girl. You remember James right?" I said, going back to when she first met James.

"Was he the guy who - who had all the pictures of himself in his house? That was really creepy," she stated.

"Yes baby girl," I laughed at her cuteness, "that's James."

As she was about to speak again, my phone went off, triggering her to go grab it.

"Its daddy!" she cheered, smiling down at my phone, "he said, 'hello love, how's it going with you two?'"

"Can you-"

"I'm going to answer back," she giggled, taking my phone into the living room.

"Alright Darcy."

Darcy's POV

I took mommy's phone and sat on the floor, texting daddy back.

Darcy- hi daddy!

Harry- Darcy? Is that you? Where's mommy?

Darcy- she's cooking dinner 😛

Harry- Ooh, what's mommy cooking for dinner tonight?

Darcy- PASTAAAAAA

Harry- that sounds really good. Is it your favourite one? The little bowties?

Darcy- yeah it is 😊😊

Harry- well good. Baby girl can you do me a favor?

Darcy- yup!

Harry- can you tell mommy that I'll be home early tonight? Maybe around 6:30

Darcy- yay! I'll tell her to make a plate of pasta for you

Harry- thank you princess. I love you and I'll see you in about 10 minutes.

Darcy- I love you too daddy

"Mommy!" I said, "daddy's gonna be home in 10 minutes!"

"Okay baby girl! I'll make him a plate then!"

Y/n's POV

As soon as Harry got home that night, you should have seen how fast Darcy moved to the door from the kitchen.

"Daddy!" She said, jumping into her father's arms and wrapping her's around his neck.

"Hello princess," he said, "it smells good in here!" Harry walked into the kitchen and gave my cheek a kiss.

"Mommy made dinner," she smiled, resting her head on his shoulder. It made me happy to see the bond they had.

"Mommy's a good cook," he looked at me and smiled, moving over so that I could put the food on the plates.

"Look at all those little bowties!" Darcy said, making me and Harry laugh at how cute she was.

We went and ate dinner, having the goofiest conversations and finishing almost all the food.

I loved my family.

Okay so I probably won't be updating a lot today because I have a Feed My Starving Children event. I'm working 2 3-hour shifts so six hours.

I'll make it up to y'all tomorrow, but it's just that this organization means a lot to me.

If you didn't know what Feed My Starving Children is, it's a company who provides food for children who are starving in different countries around the world.

You get into little stations for each country with a group of people, and you create these "food bags" that are delivered to the country they were made for.

This organization means a lot to me and it makes me happy knowing that because of me, children are getting good food and the nutrients that they need.
