Y/n laid on a door that was being used as gurney. She was laying in the back of a truck with Lucas and his mother, Maria. A couple men then started to carry her through the infirmary towards a small room.
Lucas and Maria followed looking at all of the people who were injured. They finally got to the room and the men laid her down and left. Lucas took her hand and squeezed it slightly making sure not to hurt her.
"She needs some antibiotics." Maria said and started to rummage through the medicine cabinets. Most of the labels were in Thai.
Y/n lay wincing and groaning with tears in her eyes and Lucas looked down at her sadly. Two men then walked in and looked at Y/n. One of them got a needle and stuck it into her arm.
The other man then put some type of liquid on Y/n's leg and she sobbed. Lucas then started to feel tears in his eyes while looking at her in such pain.
They then started to cut Y/n's shirt to check her other wounds. Lucas turned around so he wouldn't see her exposed. Maria pulled Lucas into a hug and he softly sobbed into her chest.
Now, Y/n laid in a room with other people while Lucas was peeling an orange. Maria was looking around to see if anyone needed her help, since she was a doctor as well.
Lucas offered her a slice of a tangerine but Y/n refused. "Eat it. You need to eat something." Lucas said and Y/n slowly grabbed for the slice. "You're so bossy." Y/n said smiling a little and put it into her mouth. Feeling the citrus juice cascade down her dry throat.
"I get it from my mom." He said smiling slightly . Y/n then looked over and saw a women who was staring at the ceiling.
The women then started to cough and then starting to cough up lots of blood. Lucas looked away and Y/n then started to cough.
She pushed Lucas away and started to cough up blood as well. "Y/n!" He exclaimed as she still coughed up blood. "Please! Someone help her!" He exclaimed lightly sobbing. A nurse then came over to help her get it all out.
She finally stopped coughing and laid back down. Lucas walked back over to her with tears staining his face. He hesitantly grabbed her hand, "Please don't leave me." He said crying.
Y/n smiley weakly at him, "I'm not going anywhere." She said put her pinky out to promise him. He wrapped his pinky around hers and sniffled. "I promise." She said and he nodded wiping his tears.
