Y/n sat in chemistry class as teacher Mr. Mazouz (named after David Mazouz who is adorable, I love Gotham) explained how to do the elixir. As she mixed her two ingredients she overhead two people talking. "Can you summon an army of spiders?" They whispered and the other person said no.

She turned around curiously, it was Peter Parker the guy she had a crush on and his best friend Ned Leeds. She then heard Ned ask more various questions about Spiders and also one where he asked if Peter could lay eggs.
She looked at them curiously and then Peter looked up at her. She blushed and turned around quickly hoping he didn't realize she was listening.
The next day, Peter was being extra weird. He was doing the elixir but he kept opening a little compartment and messing with something else.
Y/n watched him and turned around quickly so he wouldn't realize she was looking. He then got up to the use the bathroom and she went over to his work station.
She looked in the compartment and there was a little tube with webs coming out of it. This made her more convinced at what was going on.
After class, she ran after Peter. She tapped his shoulder and he turned around curiously. "I know your secret." She confessed and Peter's eyes widened. He grabbed her hand and they went into an empty classroom.
He closed the door and then let go of her hand. She looked at him and he looked back at her. "I overheard your conversations with Ned and I saw the webs you were making today. I know that you're Spider-Man." She confessed and Peter put his hands on top of his head.
"Oh god..." he said and paced the room back and forth. "I'm sorry." She replied and he looked at her, "It's not your fault. I just have to be better at keeping it a secret." Peter confessed and ran his hand through his hair.
"It's just...if one of my enemies finds out my identity. They will most likely come after you." Peter said and she looked at him confused.
"Why me? Why not Ned?" She asked and he walked closer to her. "Because I like you." He confesses and her eyes widened.
"What...." she said and Peter put a hand on her cheek. He rubbed his thumb across her cheek and looked into her eyes. "I'm sorry I didn't tell you." He said and she smiled back at him.
"It's ok....I like you too." She revealed and he then brought his lips closer to her. There lips touched and Y/n smiled happily. Their lips moved together and then the classroom door opened.
Someone cleared their throats and they jumped away from each other. Mr. Mazouz was standing at the door, Y/n and Peter smiled sheepishly at him. He then pointed his head to outside and they both walked out awkwardly. "Kids..." Mr. Mazouz said shaking his head and then closed the classroom door.
