My request was the reader has anorexia and they are suicidal so one day when Tom is filming Spider-Man he comes home and find the reader in their bathtub unconscious because she overdosed on pills but she ends up surviving after being taken to the hospital.

Y/n sighed to herself as she laid on her couch in boredom. Tom has been filming for Spider-Man which made the apartment a lot quieter but also boring. It really made her sad not having him around. Among with other things in her life.

She had just not been feeling like herself for the past couple of months. She hadn't been eating as much which resulted in her losing a few pounds.

She had felt as though she was not important and that no one cared for her anymore. She just wanted it all to end. She had thought about suicide a couple of times but had never gone through to it.

But, today it was very tempting. Her seeing the pill bottle just waiting for her to unscrew it and swallow the pills.

She walked over to the pill bottle and looked at it curiously. She was hesitant at first but then grabbed it and unscrewed the cap.

She looked at the pills that were in the bottle and then put them into her palm. She hesitated but then popped as many as she could in her mouth.

She then felt a little unsteady and decided to lay in the bathtub since it was the closest thing to her. She laid down in it and then closed her eyes.

She felt her worries slowly fade away and felt a smile cross her face, she was in complete darkness.

"Y/n?" Tom said as he closed the front door looking tired as ever. He looked for her everywhere and then headed towards the bathroom.

The door was opened and he slowly walked in. "Y/n?!" He exclaimed and ran over to her limp body that laid in the tub. Tears immediately filled his eyes as he tried to shake her awake.

He sobbed and then checked her pulse. It was still there and a little steady. He pulled out his phone and called 911 for an ambulance. "Please hurry!" He yelled into the phone and then hung up.

He then grabbed her body and carried her bridal style towards the front door. "You're gonna be ok." He said sadly and then opened the front door.

The ambulance pulled around the corner and he hurried her to them. They grabbed her and placed her on a gurney. He got into the back of the ambulance and they stabilized her. He held her hand as they drove to the hospital.

Y/n woke up to a bright light and a warm sensation on her hand. She looked down and a hand was interlocked with hers. She looked up and Tom had his eyes closed and was sleeping soundly.

She smiled at the sight and then wondered to herself why she was there. She then tightly squeezed Tom's hand and his eyes opened. A smile crossed his face, "Hey." He said softly and she smiled back at him.

"Hey." She said sadly and he kissed her forehead. "You need to tell me when something is wrong with you or when you need me. I'm always here for you, I want you to know that." Tom said and she felt tears slowly go down her cheeks.

"Ok." She replied and he smiled sweetly at her. He gripped her hand tightly, "I love you." He said lovingly. She smiled, "I love you too." She said a little weakly.

He pressed his lips against hers for a second and then pulled away. "You should get some rest. I'll be here when you wake up." Tom said and she smiled and then slowly closed her eyes. "Thank you." She slightly whispered before she drifted off to sleep.

He looked at her and wondered to himself what he would've done without her. He didn't know how he could do it. He just knew that she was alive and that's all that mattered.
