I watched as they rolled 23 bodies into the hospital

"Parrish Parrish look at me"sheriff stilinski said

"I know what you're thinking The dream's coming true It's not"he said

"Sheriff there's 23 bodies Twenty-three of them"Parrish said I was just in shock as I watched even staring off into space after the bodies were taken to the morgue

"Which means you're going to go back to the station and you're gonna go through every missing persons report for the past two weeks That's what we do. You got it Parrish?"sheriff said Parrish sighs and walks off as the elevator door opens revealing stiles Scott and kira

"Who found them?"stiles asked I felt his eyes on me

"Argent And he said the Doctors were down there He also said you guys might know what this thing is"sheriff said

"We've got a theory"Scott said his eyes on mine

"It's a slightly terrifying theory"stiles piped in

"Well the ME said that victims were killed somewhere else and then dumped in those tunnels"sheriff explained

"Hey what if the Dread Doctors are hiding the bodies?"Scott said

"Why would they do that?"kira asked

"Maybe they're covering for it Protecting it like a parent would"stiles suggested

"Protecting what?"sheriff asked

"A werewolf"Scott said

"It's called the Beast"kira explained

"We know Horrifying"stiles said

"We better figure out what we're gonna call Parrish Because it looks like his dream is coming true"sheriff said they all turned to me

"Jade?"sheriff called out waving his hand in my face I didn't move

"What's wrong with her?"kira asked

"I don't know she's been like this ever since the bodies showed up"sheriff explained

"Could it be a reaction to seeing the bodies?"kira asked

"Shock she's in shock"stiles said nodding

"Jade"Scott called my name stepping into my line of sight

"I saw the bodies and....I...."I couldn't find the words to say but he pulled me into his embrace

"I know I know"he said I held onto him before admitting the truth I didn't want to but he needed to know they needed to know

I was shaken awake by someone I looked to see malia

"Malia?"I gasped pulling her into a hug she hugs me back

"I'm sorry I've been ignoring you but I had a reason"she said before pulling away I then see Braeden walk into the room

"Braeden what are you doing here?"I asked standing up

"We need your help"she said I pulled on my tank top since I was in my room only in my bra and underwear

"And since braeden doesn't trust Theo we need you"malia explained

"Theo wait you got help from Theo? why?"I asked her

"Because she needed to find her mother and deaton"Theo said coming into the room his eyes trailing up and down my body

"She's got deaton?"I asked looking at malia she nods

"Yeah"she said I nodded and looked at Theo

"I'm not getting in the car with him"I said as I grabbed my pants and pulled them on

"Jade...."I cut him off

"I'll run haven't done that unless I'm for my life and now I'm running to save a life oh talk about irony"I said rolling my eyes as I grabbed my brush and brushed out my hair

"We should get going"Theo said I sighed and grabbed my shoes pulling them on and my jacket I then turned to them

So they actually put me in the truck with Theo me and him sat up front while malia and braeden took her motorcycle

"Still not talking to me?"Theo asked as he drove

"After that stunt you pulled at the school I'm gonna vote no"I said glancing at him before resting my head on the window

"I told you I didn't know they were gonna do that"he said I smiled

"Be careful Theo keep saying that and someone's gonna think you're a good guy"I said looking over at him

"What's it gonna take for you to trust me? Again?"he asked I scoffed he actually thought I trusted him

"First of all I never trusted you second of all if you're trying to get on my good side killing Scott didn't help my judgement at all"I said glancing at him

"Why?"I asked looking at him he glances at me

"Why what?"he asked

"Why are you trying to get on my good side so bad?"I asked him

"And don't say it's because we have a connection"I said he glances at me

"Because you're the only person I know that can help me I know what you've seen and I know you know a lot more than you're letting on"he said I turned to him in my seat

"The things I've seen would even scare the scales off Tracy the things I've seen would scare you the hell back into hiding and the things I've seen scare the hell outta me"I said my guard finally coming down was this a mistake probably but my emotions were all over the place

"You don't have to be scared jade I'll protect you"he said reaching over and grabbing my hand in his I looked at our hands

"You can't protect me no one can...."he cuts me off

"Not even Scott?"he asked I pulled my hands away

"Especially Scott not when he finds out what my kinds history is with the beast"I said shaking my head

"Which is?"he asked my eyes blurred

"We taught it how to kill and then we tried to stop it and it killed my father"I explained

"Your dad was...."I cut him off as i looked at him

"An alpha werewolf and if Scott finds out he'll never marry me"I cried he pulls me into his side letting me rest my head on his shoulder was it a mistake absolutely but at that moment I wanted someone to comfort me even if it was a psychopath like Theo
