Darkness. All that I could see was darkness. It's been that way since the day I was pulled from my mother's womb. I mean, not literally. I can see things, colors, shapes, people; everything you are supposed to, but I was just pushed into the background my whole life. Pushed into the darkness.

At first I was a little scared, but no one noticed. That's when I realized the darkness could never really hurt me, but people could. The moment I accepted that is the moment the darkness accepted me. Now, the darkness is a part of me. Darkness is me, and that's where I'm meant to stay. In the darkness.
