• Copper ring
• Feathers
• Beads
• Twine
• String
• Glue

1. Get your copper ring or hoop and start wrapping the twine around it making sure to not cut yourself.

2. Get your feathers and beads and start threading them through the beads.

3. Tie your string to the hoop/ring with the feathers and beads so that they are all hanging.

4. Tie about five pieces of string onto the hoop and tie them at the top making sure you use glue to secure them, on the edges.
