Easy + Healthy Breakfast ideas

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Recipe 1

• 1 cup of frozen blueberries

• 1 cup of frozen strawberries

• 1 frozen banana

• 1/4 cup of apple juice

  Granola for toppings and fruits 

Recipe 2

• 1 ripe avocado

• 2 slices of bread

• Lemon for taste

• Salt and Pepper

• 1 Egg

Recipe 3

• 1 cup of greek yogurt

• 1/2 cup of granola

• Strawberries

• Blueberries

Recipe 4

• 100 g of oats (not instant)

• 1 egg

• 1 tbsp of cinnamon

• 150 ml of 2% low fat milk

  Vanilla esscence

Recipe 1 - Acai Bowl

1. Get your frozen fruits and put them in your blender/food processor and your gonna blend your fruits till you get a thickish consistency.

2.  Get your apple juice and add it to your mixture, depending on the amount of your fruit you might want to add less than 1/4 cup of apple juice.

3. Get your toppings and decorate your acai bowl and then your acai bowl is ready to be consumed.

Recipe 2 - Avocado Toast

1. Get your 2 slices of bread and put them into your taster and toast them to your desired toasty-ness.

2. While those are toasting your gonna get your egg and fry it and add salt and pepper for taste.

3. In a bowl mash up your avocado's and then your gonna add some lemon juice to your avocado.

4. Spread your avocado on your toast and layer your egg on top of it and there's your avo toast.

Recipe 3 - Yogurt Parfait

1. Put your yogurt on the bottom of your bowl/glass/jar and then flatten it smoothly with the bottom of your spoon.

2. Add granola to make the second layer of your parfait.

3. Add your blueberries and strawberries to your granola to make the third layer of your parfait.

4. Repeat those 3 steps till you run out of ingredients.

* This recipe is so helpful for when your running late in the morning and will only take you a maximum of 5 minutes.

Recipe 4 - Pancakes

Note: this recipe isn't so healthy but tastes sooo good and who can resist pancakes ? Not me.

1. Get your oats and blend them till they make a floury powder.

2. Sieve your oats into a bowl and add your cinnamon and vanilla esscence to your oat flower.

3. Beat your egg in a bowl and add your milk to your eggs.

4. Add your milk and egg mixture to the flour, cinnamon and vanilla esscence mixture making sure you've carefully mixed everything together.

5. Heat your stove (Gas-highest heat)(Number stove-4) and add use cocunut oil as your oil or any other oil you prefer.

6. Cook your pancakes till you see bubbles then flip it over and cook the other side till there golden brown.

* You can always use coconut or soya milk if your lactose intolerent and make sure your oats are gluten free if your gluten intolerent. If your allergic to egg then you don't have to use egg but you can substitute it with chia seeds.
