Scrunchies are like the new "in thing" and they make so much sense, like just look at them. So scrunchies are cute and all but they come at a price too and sometimes that price is a tad bit too expensive, so when you really want to buy a scrunchie but it looks a bit too pricy then maybe it's time you use this chapter as a reference.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
• Satin/Velvet/Any Fabric (18in x 4 in)
• 8in x 1/4 in wide elastic
• Needle and thread
• Safety pinINSTRUCTIONS
1. Get your fabric and fold it in half on the incorrect sides and sew it with your needle and thread. Don't close the tube.
2. Turn your fabric outside in and get your safety pin and thread the elastic through it and transfer it around the tube shaped fabric.
3. Close the ends of the fabric and there you go a YOUR OWN DIY SCRUNCHIE.
