What you will need :
• A mason jar
• Wax or wax from an old candle
• A wick (for a candle)
• Food colouring // wax crayons
• Pencil
Instructions
1. Get a pot that you don't really care about and place your wax inside melting it at a low heat.
2. When the wax has melted place your wax crayons / food colouring inside and stir.
3. Place your wick inside the jar and once it reaches the top twirl it around a pencil to prevent it from collapsing inside the jar.
4. Pour the melted wax inside the jar and wait for it to cool.
5. Once it's cooled snip the wick to your desired length and there you go your cheap DIY candle.
** If you want your candle to have a scent you can add essences (vanilla/almond essence etc. or spices (cinnamon, rosemary , thyme , lavender )
