2017 has recently finished and were gonna enter 2018 with a bang with some of Tatyana's tips.
Drinking water is very important for the human body especially if you work out. There isn't any specific amount of water you should consume but drinking at least 2 litres of water is a goal tp set for yourself.Eating healthy will give you so many benefits including more focus well studying if you are eating pecans. If the first thing that came to mind when 2018 came was to workout then you should make it one of your main goals. Make a 30 minute workout schedule.
Organize your life by getting a planner and planning your events ahead of time so that you'll have more time to relax and be organized
If your like me and are obsessed with redecorating then you should definitely change the style of your room. Maybe go for a bohemian kind of look?Check out www.mrkate.com to find many decorating tutorials.
Challenge yourself to do new things for example you can challenge yourself to take 5000 steps a day or to eat at least 3 fruits per day.
Be productive and don't sit on your couch watching Netflix all day even if it's addicting. You can clean your room, update your wattpad books or take a walk down the street just don't be a couch potato.Taking care of your skin is very important and I recommend you use the argan oil face exfoliator sets cause they are amazing.
