today, your doctor told us that talking to you might help, since there's a chance that you can hear whatever is happening near you. i hope me reading harry potter helps.
your doctor also told us that once you regain consciousness, you will need a physical therapy. he said you won't be able to walk or eat solid food for months. i understand why.
i've only seen comatose people in movies, never in real life, until you. back then i thought comatose people stay healthy-looking, even after getting hit by a car, even after two months without eating. but you, your cheekbones are prominent than ever, and not in a good way. i tried to convince myself that it wasn't really my fault that you're in this condition, but i failed because i know damn well that it's me.
how many more months will it take before you wake up? how many more months before you read these messages?
right now it feels like the whole world separated me from everyone i hope would stick with me. you, paris, dad. my head is getting a little too messy it scares me.
i've already said this for at least a dozen times now, but again, please wake up soon, hannah, because i'm getting tired too. i'm afraid that once you wake up, i'm already asleep.
