Exhausted after a morning of meetings with BTS and their management team, Hae Mi collapsed at her desk and turned to face Kyung Eun. Her normally playful supervisor had been growing more tired and reserved over the past few weeks. While normally the BTS activities would have been handed back over to her, Kyung Eun had traded positions with Hae Mi instead. She had claimed the reason had to do with the performance levels of the trainee's during their quarterly evaluation, but Hae Mi had a feeling that there was another reason her supervisor wasn't voicing with the management team.

"Have a fun time?" Kyung Eun asked as she finished signing off on some paperwork.

Hae Mi rolled her head back and traced the popcorn ceiling with her eyes. "Oh, always. Meetings are the way I love to spend my mornings."

"I'm sorry about that," Kyung Eun replied humorlessly. "But I really appreciate you switching workloads with me. I feel like you have a stronger bond with BTS and that makes a world of difference when it comes to dance practice."

Hae Mi bit her lip. I probably should tell her that Jimin and I are dating... But not here, not at the company. Resigning herself, Hae Mi turned to look at the schedule that had been placed on her desk. With the group approaching their final concert series and award season approaching Hae Mi was to going to have limited free time in the coming future. Which was unfortunate, considering the fact that her parents would be coming to Korea for the holiday season within the next week.

Her phone dinged as she went to check her email on her laptop. It was BTS's manager.

[Hey Hae Mi, I have a favor to ask of you.]

If there was one thing Hae Mi hated, it was when people sent her open-ended text messages like that. What was the favor? Why couldn't he just come out and ask for it right off of the bat, instead of making her search around for it?

[What is it?]

"What's going on?" Kyung Eun asked. "You look annoyed."

"It's because I am," Hae Mi replied. She set her phone down and waited for it to buzz again.

[Since BTS's schedule ends with you today, could you take them home and watch them tonight? I have a date tonight and if I don't make it she'll probably break up with me.]

Hae Mi didn't begin to know how to react. On one hand, this meant she would have a little more time to spend with Jimin and the antics of BTS. On the other hand, a hot shower and her bed were calling her name. After all, they had just made their triumphant return home from the AMAs and their busy American schedule, and exhaustion was the name of the game.

Kyung Eun snatched Hae Mi's phone out of her hand. "What's this?" Rapidly, she read through the messages. "Oh..."

"I have no choice but to say yes, right?" Hae Mi wasn't quite sure what she was looking for. Did she want Kyung Eun to give her the excuse to spend time with Jimin? Did she want the freedom to say no and to finally have some time to herself at night? The dilemma marred her every thought and actions.

Kyung Eun handed Hae Mi her phone. "I don't know, Hae Mi. It's your night, so it's left up to what you want to do."

Hae Mi sighed. She didn't know what she wanted to do. But she had a feeling she knew where she would end up in the end.

"Alright Hae Mi," she mumbled under her breath as her knuckles turned bright white, in contrast to the midnight black of the steering wheel. "You rocked that."
