"WHAAAAAT!?"

[Name] flinched at her friends' screeching, feeling her eardrums being struck painfully with the high-pitched voices. Currently, the three occupied an empty spot just beside the school building.

The cool shade it provided along with soft ruffles of grass made it the best place for spending the whole lunch period. The place was free from loitering students, it's quite reserved despite being so close with the school – the only occasional sound exist were leaves rustling and birds chirping.

"AH! Sorry [Nickname]-chan!" Yuzu, who noticed that their shrieking was over-volume, immediately apologized.

"Sorry! But honestly, it gave me a heart attack!" Miyana said, holding a hand against her chest. "It really is a surprise, I thought it will took him much longer to confess."

"I know – wait, you both knew? From the start?" [Name] asked in a flash after her ears caught Miyana's words.

"It was so obvious [Nickname]-chan," Yuzu chirped as she reached for her carton box of apple juice. "Everytime we passed him, he will always look at with some sort of adoration."

"Googly eyes with hearts flying and such," Miyana added, smiling widely as [Name]'s jaws hung open. "He's head over heels for you and close your mouth [Nickname]-chan, you'll catch flies."

[Name] did as she said while her mind was literally screaming at her after Miyana's explanation. Almost immediately, blood rushed to her face as she recalled the moments where her and Natsuya interacted. So that's why - [Name] shrieked internally.

The constant blushing – the pink color blooming on his cheeks every time she talked to him, the stuttering every time she complimented him, his simple gestures – patting the top of her head, giving her a bottle of juice as thanks, waiting for her to finish her practice, walking her home even though it was late.

It's supposed to be so obvious, yet she's so oblivious about it.

The [hair/color] haired girl buried her face in her palms – heat engulfing her whole being because of embarrassment. [Name] whimpered hopelessly while cursing herself for being so dense.

"There, there," Miyana consoled her, patting the top of her head. "It's normal, you know!"

"But I feel horrible..." [Name] lifted her head and sighed, drawing her knees closer to her chest. She reached her hand out, grabbing her abandoned carton of milk. The girl took a sip of her drink, nibbling the end of the straw after she finished it.

"Well, aside from that," Yuzu butted in. "When are you going to reply? He must be waiting for the reply, right? Even though it's just yesterday."

"More importantly, are you going to accept or reject him?" Miyana asked, making Yuzu nodded excitedly – it was clear that the two were extremely curious about [Name]'s decision.

"I-I don't know," the said girl answered, stuttering in the process. "I've never had situation like this before."

Miyana and Yuzu looked at each other before finally reaching out for [Name]'s hands. Their grip was firm and holding comfort in it, easing [Name]'s off her worries little by little.

"Don't worry, [Nickname]-chan! Whatever your answer is, I'm sure Kirishima-senpai will accept it." Yuzu said, her words held confidence and reassurance.

"And we will always support you, okay? That's what are friends for." Miyana added, telling [Name] that the two had her back.

[Name] couldn't help but to smiled at those words. "Thank you, Miya-chan, Yuzu-chan."
