⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I've never felt so much guilt than I did that night. The moment I felt Mackenzie cut through our mid kiss, was the moment I felt a huge wave of regret swarming through my head. And if that wasn't terrifying enough, Annie saw the whole scene occur. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Seeing her roll tears down her red cheeks made me feel so blameworthy. Soon after she ran into the dark woods, with Mackenzie following her. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀My eyes were taken by surprise when I saw Brandon basically abusing Annie. "WHAT THE HELL?!" I screamed as I ran towards Brandon. I roughly grabbed his arm and turned his body towards mine. I took all the strength I possibly had, and pored it on my fist. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀The next thing I know my knuckles are aiming for his antagonist face. I felt the rough pressure of my knuckles against his narrow nose as he shrieked in pain. "WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU?!" I yelled again.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀At this point his body is against the dirt on the ground. I walked over him and pulled his shirt near my fist again. I took another throw at him this time aiming for his cheeks. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀His weak body collapsed to the ground again. This time he spit a ball of blood out. Brandon was no where near strong without his little minions. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Before I could even listen to his lame excuse I heard a soft voice from behind me. "Hayden?" I immediately turned around and saw Annie with her eyes squinting at me. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Annie!" I yelled running towards her. I bent down near her and questioned, "Oh my god Annie are you okay?" It's like I saw the light in her eyes just flash out. "No!" She sobbed shaking her head. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀It made my heart want to drop out seeing all the pain overruling in her eyes. It made so feel so remorseful. I gently started to carry her petite body on in my arms and whispered, "You're gonna be okay." I said repeatedly. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
