⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Yea sure." Johnny said as he scooted to the other side of the boat to Mackenzie. I honestly didn't want to be here, but Hayden forced me to come. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I saw her brown eyes roll back at the sight of me entering the boat. So I did the same. I felt a nudge on my arm by Hayden on my shoulder, while he made a demanding face. "But sh–" I didn't even bother to finish my sentence, because it was no use. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I slumped down on the boat and just rolled my eyes. "Okay, campers listen up! There is a red rope hung from each side of the bridge. That is a crossing line to how far you can go. Do not canoe pass the rope!" One of the consolers yelled out. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀We all nodded in agreement and started getting the boat ready. "Kay, Annie and Kenzie are in charge of left side. Me and Hayden will do the right." Johnny explained. I grabbed the paddle and started swaying it in the water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Throughout the whole fifteen minutes of canoeing, all we did was sit in silence starring at the water. It was the most awkward moment o have ever encountered in my life. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"So Johnny, how are you liking camp so far?" Hayden questioned trying to make a conversation. "Uh, it's pretty unique." He said. I wouldn't blame him for not using pleasant words, with the experience he's had so far. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Yea, it's usually never this crazy." Hayden said unraveling a chuckle. "Crazy is an understatement." Johnny said joining into the laughter. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Hey guys, I can see the red rope from here. Remember we're not supposed to go past it." Kenzie said squinting her eyes from the scorching sun, and pointing to the rope from the distance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Are you sure you wanna follow the rules? I mean knowing you, you'll do whatever you want and don't even care who gets hurt along the way!" I remarked. I turned my head to Johnny and starred at him, trying to point out that he was one of the people I was talking about. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I could see from the corner of my eye, Kenzie and Hayden's mouth hung open. My eyes flashed back over to her's, and I could literally see the anger boiling in her eyes. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"What are you guys talking about?" Johnny questioned angrily. "Oh my god! Are you really gonna do this?! Right over here?! FINE! You want an apology? Here's my apology!" ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Then with that she threw the paddle on the boat and stood up. She started tipping the boat on our side, making it unbalance. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"KENZIE DON'T YOU DAR–" I was interrupted by her obnoxious voice yelling, "GO TO HELL" I suddenly felt the our side of the boat start sinking to the water. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
