Annie POV.) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I leaned against the door sniffling the thoughts of how terrible this summer has been. Maybe I would do everyone a favor and just left. Especially Mackenzie.  ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀So that's what i was planned to do. Call a bus to take me back home. To another completely level of stress. The only actual home I had was here. Now it's another complete war zone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I leaned against the locked door until I heard the loud howls of the of the owls in the night sky. I'm pretty sure everyone was sleeping by the time I unlocked the bathroom door. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I quickly grabbed my bathroom essentials and packed them back in my bag. Since we weren't that far into the summer, I didn't have much packing to do. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I tipped toe out of the cabin door with the wheels of my mini suitcase rolling over the wood. I looked one last time and at my cabin and noticed Johnny and Kenzie both sleeping on his bunk, and Hayden fast asleep on the other side. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀This has probably been the worst summer. A wave of realization hit me as I thought of the past week. I've never been in so much stress or pain before. A part of me wanted to stay, wanted to enjoy the rest of summer with my best friends. The other part knew that they were not the same people I knew last year. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I turned my head back around as I rolled my bags to the checkout area. "Um Annie Leblanc." I whispered to the checkout lady. "Yup, see you right here." She replied. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀"Why are ya leaving so early?" She asked raising her eyebrow. "Oh I just feel a little homesick." I lied. "Okay, well the bus is coming in about seven minutes." She said checking her watch. "Okay, thank you." I politely stated. "You're welcome." She replied with a friendly smile. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀I felt a cold air breeze pass me as I sat on the bus bench. I checked my phone to see I had five more minutes until the next bus came. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀My eyes locked on the laughing picture of me and Kenzie on my lock screen. I smiled at the perfect memory we had together that day. It was probably one of the best camp days I've ever had. I missed her so damn much. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀My eyes flashed back up at the distance yellow figure of the bus coming by the gates. Wow, I was really leaving. I stood up in hesitation as I grabbed my bags to get ready to leave. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀That's when I heard a familiar voice yelling my name.
