Make a wish to end the unstoppable heartache

Reminisce the excellent memories you shared

As well as the sore moments that won't be repaired

Recall the girl who cares as you hold your present

How she hopes she could be there for your own event

She truly desires to come and visit you there

But the pain of seeing you is what she can't bare

Now she's expressing herself through this sad poem

Praying for your good life even though she's broken

Whispering her greetings despite of the sadness

Hoping that you'd gladly receive true happiness

So happy 16th year of great birthday to you

To write a gift is the only thing she can do
