I finally fell asleep and had no nightmares, thanks to Ethan lying down beside me.

I wake up and realize Ethan isn't here anymore. I yawn and stretch my arms, and look at the time. It's 2:00pm! I guess me and Ethan stayed up all night on the roof, I was so tired I slept in.

I get up and go to my walk-in closet. I pick out a light blue long sleeve shirt, with a pair of white skinny jeans. I change and go to the bathroom and comb my hair. After a while of debating, I put my hair up in a nice messy bun. Some small pieces of my hair come out.

I walk towards the door, and remember Ethan said that his dad took the lock off. I open the door and walk down the long stairs to go to the kitchen.

All of a sudden I feel someone aggressively grab my shoulders and throw me against the wall. I look up and see Cameron pinning me to the wall.

"I know what you have been doing with Ethan," Cameron says really close to my face.

"What the hell is your problem?!"

"My problem is you and Ethan! Stop mingling with him on the roof!"

"I didn't mingle with him and it's none of your business!" I say while lifting up my knee really high. My knee makes contact with his part between his legs.

"Ouch! You bitch!" Cameron yells while holding his part.

I smile and walk away towards the kitchen. I grab an apple and bite into the juicy fruit. I hear someone laugh really hard and I turn around.

"Oh my god! The way you just kneed Cameron right in that area!" says Ethan while laughing.

"Ya well he did kind of just smacked me onto a wall."

Ethan wipes a tear from laughing. Just when Ethan is gonna say something, we hear a scream followed by a bunch of vampires running towards the noise. Ethan's expression turns confused and concerned. He turns around and dashes to the commotion.
I drop my apple and I start to run towards the noise too, when Ethan comes running back with super speed.

"Lets go," he says while grabbing my arm.

"What's going on?"

Ethan starts to pull me towards my room. I try to pull back but his grip stays firm, but not to firm that it will hurt.

"Ethan why are you taking me to my room?"

"Just stay in your room and don't come out until I say so," Ethan says while opening my room door.

He pulls me in my room.

"Promise you'll stay here? Please?" Ethan pleads.

I look him straight in his light blue eyes. I can tell that something serious and dangerous is going on.

"Fine," I sigh.

"Thank you Grace!"

And with that Ethan closes the door, and I hear a click of a lock. I go to the door and I turn the knob, but it doesn't budge. Ethan locked me in my room.

"Ethan?!" I scream on the top of my lungs.

I sigh with frustration and flop on my bed. I can hear faint shouts and banging. I'm guessing some fight is going on. All of a sudden I hear a loud shout say "Where's the girl?!"

I hear loud footsteps and my door knob wiggles. Then it stops, and my heart starts to race. Someone is trying to get in my room. The door knob wiggles one last time, then the door breaks open. The door goes flying across the room.
