Chapter Thirty Eight

"Are you serious?! That's what you ask right now!" She whispers

"Oh I'm so Sorry I meant, may I be ungrounded, because we are probably going to die." I correct myself

She huffs and looks around the dark, smelly room.

It looks like a basement.

I then hear someone rummaging through stuff.

I turn my head and see Hayley, looking fine as ever. Untied, and looking for something.

"What the heck Hayley!" I whisper/yell

She turns to look at us she smiles and waves before saying,

"Oh hey guys! While you guys were arguing, I slipped out of the ropes!"

Is she serious?

"Whatever please untie us!" I say

She nods then begins to untie the knots in the ropes before I'm finally free.

"Freedom!!!" I yell throwing my arms in the air.

"Shhhh!! My mom says.

I roll my eyes and start to look around the room and see two small windows.

"Guys! There's Windows!" I whispered.

They both nod as we're all walking to the Windows.

I try to open the first one.

Locked.

Second one,

Locked.

I hate this.

The door is locked too so that's no use.
