he/she is like the ruler of the school. they are most popular person in the school/grade/year and everyone is seen by that person as like a servant. except he/she has a liking of another student and would willingly "sacrifice their crown" to that one special person. basically they would do anything for that person.

the story could mainly be written from the perspective of the girl/boy who the kingka/queenka has a crush on, or the other way around.
the person who the kingka/queenka has a crush on could hate them because they're popular, just to make things more interesting.
