plot
he/she works at a hospital and is caring for one a patient, directing most of their care towards that one person. at first, the patient doesn't like the nurse who takes care of them, but eventually grows to like them.
extras
the story could take place in school instead of more so "adult years," basically it could be one student who is forced to care for and help another student who is injured or sick. it could be anything you want it to be. the two could also hate each other, just an addition.
if you stick with the hospital idea, you could have a certain point in time in the story where the patient is going to be discharged from the hospital, or the person taking care of them ends up getting fired for some reason. the nurse has to take up another position, or the patient actually dies (this would fit well if the patient had an illness). just a situation that would separate the two. this could also be the ending of the story.
