It's been a few weeks and I'm still stuck in the mansion with Yoongi busy working in his studio all day long. I went to the kitchen to see the maid holding a grocery bag about to go out. "You'll buy groceries? Can I come with you?" I asked walking to her. "I'm sorry Mrs. Min but I don't think Mr. Min would approve of it" she looked down.
"Oh come on, I've been staying here for weeks with nothing much to do. I wanna go out" I whined. "Oh wait how about I'll just ask Yoongi and If he agrees I'll come with you" I suggested as she thinks for a while and shrugged, "Uhm okay I'll wait here" she replied.
"Great" I whispered walking upstairs to go to Yoongi's room but I ended up coming in my room to get my purse. "Yoongi wouldn't probably agree so I need to lie" I sighed feeling sorry for the maid for lying but I'll make sure to be back before Yoongi finds out I went out.
I run back to the kitchen with a smile on my face "Hey I didn't think I could actually persuade him but I did so let's go!" I lied. The maid and I went out of the gates and walked to a nearby market.
When we reached the shopping mart, I told the maid I'll just look around to buy some food I'd like as she went to grab a basket. "Sure, Let's meet here in twenty minutes" she replied as I nod my head and walk away. "Hmm I wonder what to buy for snacks" I muttered browsing some chips when I saw a girl walking to the part of the floor that had a "Slippery sign" on it but she failed to notice.
She was about to slip when I tried to grab her arm before she falls but I lose my balance and we both fell on the floor with both our butts hitting the slippery floor. I looked to the girl who was a little shock as I do but as we regain our senses we laughed out loud. "That was awkward!" she said. "And embarrassing" I added as we continued to laugh.
"Hey we've been laughing here like idiots but I still don't know your name" she said. "Ah right, I'm Y/n and you are?"
" I'm Chantrelle, nice to meet you" she cheered as we get up from the slippery floor. "It's nice to meet you to and be careful with slippery floors" I teased. "Yeah you too. I never thought I'll become friends with someone this smooth" she joked as we laughed. "Ok seriously let's go back to shopping" I chuckled. "What were you buying?" she asked. "I'm just actually helping out our maid for groceries" I replied.
"Wow you have a maid you must be rich!" she exclaimed. "N-no not really, it's not me it's my hus-- Boyfriend who's rich" I denied looking away with an awkward laugh. "Girl you sound so awkward, don't worry I won't put my nose into your business so yeah let's get back to shopping okay?" she pat my back as we walk to an aisle of biscuits.
Damn, I haven't seen a girl like this. Usually girls try to dig up things from others' people lives. And one thing is for sure, I love this girl and she's gonna be a great bff. I smiled from my thoughts as she wiggled two different chocolate biscuits in front of my face.
"Hey so which one do you think should I buy?" she asked. "Why not buy both? it's the same price and both taste good" I replied as she chuckled. "Too bad I don't have enough money for two" she returned the other one and walked to the cashier. Somehow I felt like there was sadness beneath those laugh so I grab the other one that she left and went to the cashier to pay for it.
I saw the maid waiting for me near the glass doors so I went to her with a pleading look. "I'm sorry I took so much time looking around" I apologized as she nod her head. "It's nothing, Let's go back" she said as we walk out of the grocery shop.
