woojin's pov

i see y/n struggling with her tent.

"hey, you need help with that?", i sneak up behind her.

"oh, y-yeah.", she nods. i smile at her, and build the tent.

all the students gathered around the campfire, singing songs.

"yah, y/n! your good at singing! why don't you sing a song for us?", the camp director asked.

hmm, y/n can sing?

"a-ani.", she shakes her head, no.

"c'mon, just once?", everyone in the circle joined.

"a-arraseo.", she clears her throat.

"barabomyeon jakku nunmuri naneungeon waenji mollado...", she sings. my mouth hangs agape.

"woooo!", someone cheers.

"yah, y/n! you're voice is beautiful.", i hear someone say.

"well, that's it for the campfire.", the teacher said as the fire died out. "get to your tents, and we'll see you tomorrow."

"ne.", we all say in unison.

i see y/n crutching to her tent, i run up to her.

"y/n.", i call out. she turns around.

"woojin? do you need something?", she asks.

"oh, um. can we talk?", i say.

"uh, sure.", i she nods.

we were near the woods, the night gleaming.

"so, what did you need to talk about?", y/n remembers.

"oh, uh. okay. i like you. i like you y/n.", i blurt.

"h-huh?", she questions.

"i like you. um. uh. i-i know you don't like me. y-you don't have to answer, i-i already know. i knew you didn't—"

i was interrupted, by her lips crashing onto mine. she pulls away and looks me in the eye.

"yah, stop mumbling.", she laughs.

"h-huh? y-you?", i stutter.

"yes, woojin. i do.", she grins. i jump from excitement.

"c-can i?", i question, inches apart from her lips. she nods. i connect my lips onto hers gently, smiling through it. i intertwine my hands with her, and hold it tight.

we kissed, the stars aglow with the gleaming moon.
