It was the middle of the day and I slipped my shoes on. I looked at my outfit I had on. Just a simple army green romper with a black jacket and a black choker. My phone buzzed saying that my ride was here waiting in the parking lot.
I picked my phone up and called Geoff again. I put him on speaker and grabbed my small bag with my note book, pens, and mints.
"Hi princess". He said
"Hi baby". I said bringing a smile to my face.
"Are you leaving?" He asked
"Yea, my ride is down there, I'm having lunch out with Mark to talk and shit then I have a dinner with the staff and whoever I am writing about, then Tuesday I'm writing about who ever I get signed to for the first week". I said.
"You know, Alex and Jack are in Ohio, and I'm like 80% positive that they're doing a interview and a photo shoot". He said
Closed the door behind me and started to walk slowly. "Wait are you fucking with me, Alex from All time low? Or a different Alex?" I said holding the phone to my ear.
"Yup, we toured with them you know". He said laughing
"I think that if I meet them my life with be complete". I said walking down stairs
"But don't take my word, I just saw Alex's instagram story".
"If you meet jack and he's drunk, he can make a move of you so quickly so be careful, if something happened I really don't want to know okay, I just have a bad feeling babe, I've seen him do it on tour he can do it again". He said
"Okay thanks for the heads up bubba". I said laughing.
"Chloe Jones?" A man said.
"Hang on babe". I told Geoff
"Hi yes I'm Chloe". I said
"Mark, we talked on the phone". He said shaking my hand.
"Oh, Hello". I said laughing
"I'll call you later, love you". I told Geoff.
"Love you too". He said back
"Okay so how this normally works is we have a team, we go out for lunch and dinner, we talk about who you will be writing about and we are going to set you up with a interview then the next day we'll take you to a venue and you'll have about 3 days to get those papers in". He said
"Okay, I'll take notes later". I laughed.
"Okay lets go I have a car that'll pick you up every day". He said
"Thank you" I said smiling.
"Do you mind eating at steak house for lunch and dinner?" He asked
"I'm honestly not that hungry but that's fine". I said pulling on my
my seat belt.
We pulled out the parking lot and headed down the street.
"Are you aware of who we're hanging out with the next week?" He said
"No".
"Well we have Jack and Alex from All time low with us".
"Oh Awesome". I said keeping my excitement in
"You can freak out if you want". He said laughing.
"Okay so I met Rian a few years ago and it was the best thing that happened to me that year." I said laughing
"Zach and Rian couldn't come so we have Jack and Alex for the week". He said laughing
I couldn't help but to smile that I'd be hanging with half the band I grew up with. Mark pulled into long horn and parked his car. We got out and headed towards the entrance.
