Jack's point of view

Jaeden and Wyatt had slept over, everyone else having to get home by 8. I spent the entire night gushing about Finn and how cute he was and how he treated me, both of them pretending to be annoyed. I knew that they secretly loved it though.

"Can we just watch a movie or something?"

I had giggled and put on a movie, laying in between them on my bed. We got a total of three hours of sleep, but we all practically skipped into school the next morning.

Wyatt was the first to see Finn, waving bye to his friends and making his way in the direction of the bathroom. I held him back by his hand as he tried to approach him. "Nope, you're not terrorizing my boyfriend today, sweetie."

"Ugh. Fine. We're gonna go to class, go meet up with your ratboy."

We walked away in opposite directions, Jaeden having to practically drag Wyatt away, mumbling something about a "dumb ass overprotective dad friend."

Finn sat in the corner with his head resting between his knees. I sat next to him, laying my head on his shoulder. He jumped, a yelp escaping his mouth.

"You scared me, princess! Don't do that."

"Whoops," I shrugged, leaning over and pecking him on the lips. "How's life, ratboy?"

"It's okay. I stayed up studying until three for some math test we have today. How's it going for you, princess?"

Had I mentioned how much I love his intelligence? He was always so dedicated to his schoolwork, which was the opposite of what I had heard in the three weeks I had been attending that school. It made me wonder whether any of the rumors about him were true.

"I told my friends about you, so they wanna meet you. They were excited. Other than that, nothing really."

"Well, when can I meet them?"

His tone didn't seem particularly enthusiastic about meeting my friends, but I brushed it off because he had only gotten a few hours of sleep. I thought about it for a moment.

"Well my birthday's next week, but I hadn't planned a party so maybe not then."

He gripped my shoulders and shook me back and forth, his eyes suddenly wide. "Next week's your birthday! And I didn't know!"

I rolled my eyes. "It's not important."

"Oh yes it is. You're having a birthday party at my house, I'll plan it and everything, just us and your friends. My parents are gonna be away on Saturday."

I shifted uncomfortably, my eyes darting around his face. "I don't know..."

"C'mon! You're turning seventeen! Live a little!"

"I'm not you. I don't know how."

I meant it as a joke, but a look or hurt flashed across his face in a split second time frame, making me feel bad. "I didn't mean it like that."

"It's okay, princess. It's still gonna be a great birthday, just let me take care of it."

Finn's point of view

Score!

Everyone knows that birthdays are a gateway to sex. It's widely considered amongst most as the best gift ever, so why not do a favor for me and Jack and just fuck him that night?

Saturday was the last day of the bet. I could dump him right after, even though I knew for sure at that point I didn't want to. I swallowed the feeling and thought about how to make his birthday as extra as possible to ensure that I got that money.
