CHAPTER 10

A couple hours later, Cordelia woke up and stretched. She cuddled into the body next to her. "Hey there sleepy head." Pierce's husky sleepy voice said and grabbed Cordelia around the waist and pulled her into him. "How long did I sleep?" She mumbled into his chest. "A couple hours. Like 3 or 4."

Cordelia groaned and tried to sit up. But Pierce just pulled her on top of him. She sighed and laid her head on his chest. "I don't want you to leave." He smirked down at her and kissed the top of her head. "Why?" She asked. She looked up at him. He shrugged. "Because I love you so much."

Cordelia wiggled out of his arms and straddled him. "Hey there." He smirked and grabbed her hips. She smirked down at him before kissing him. Pierce groaned into the kiss when she started to grind her hips against his. Pierce flipped them over and attacked the side of Cordelia's neck that didn't have the mark. She gripped his shirt and moaned when he kissed right behind her ear. "Oh that's your spot, huh?" Pierce purred. "Well it's mine now."

He lightly nibbled, licked, and kissed the spot while Cordelia was quietly moaning in his ear. Pierce started to move down her neck again after he leaved a hickey, even though he knew that would heal up in a few minutes. He kissed along Cordelia's jaw line. "Pierce?" Cordelia said and stopped him.

He stopped and looked down at her. "Is there something wrong?" He asked her. She shifted under him so she could take off her shirt. She didn't big breasts. But to Pierce, that didn't matter to him. She was beautiful to him. He loved her body and even more so her and her personality. Cordelia wasn't fat but he knew she wasn't no size two. And that didn't bother him in the slightest.

Pierce leaned down and lightly kissed her stomach. She giggled. "That tickles." She giggled. He did it again and Cordelia giggled. "Stop." She smiled. "Well what if I kiss a little lower?" Pierce said and lightly pulled down her shorts but someone opened the door.

"Hey. Kaden wanted me to bring some clothes in here for Cordelia." Michael's voice rung. Cordelia fumbled to grab her shirt and at least cover herself. "Don't you freaking knock?" Pierce growled. "Sorry. I thought you two were still asleep so I didn't wanna wake ya'll up with knocking." He shrugged and set the clothes down on the night stand and left.

Pierce growled and closed the door. "Isn't he just a mood killer?" Pierce huffed and sat down next to Cordelia. "Right?" Cordelia sighed and put her shirt back on. "I was kind of excited to do it." She said.

She laid back on the bed and closed her eyes. Pierce pulled her into him. "I'm bored." She sighed. Pierce shrugged. "Not sure what you want to do." He told her and started to play with her hair. She groaned and crawled out of bed.

She walked out of the room and into the living room. No one was there and when she looked out the window, the sun was already setting. Pierce came out of the bedroom too. "I wanna go for a run." She said and started walking to the door. "In the dark?" He asked her as he followed. "Yea."

Once she got outside, she turned wolf and started running around the pack. Pierce changed too and quickly followed. Cordelia started running to an opening in the woods and just kept running. She had no idea where she was going because she just wanted to run around.

Pierce followed her. Until he couldn't see her anymore. She was running too fast for him so he had to slow down and changed back. "Cordelia?" He called. He heard an animal let out a pained noise. He followed where the noise came from. It was starting to get dark. "Pierce!" Cordelia's voice called. She sounded in pain.

He followed her voice until he saw Cordelia lying down on the ground with something above her. "Delia!" Pierce called and changed and attacked the thing that was above his mate. Pierce and the unknown being wrestled until Pierce felt a sharp pain in his side. He yelped and changed back to human form.

"Trying to save your mate? How cute." A deep voice called above Pierce. He looked up at the person talking. "Hello. Baby brother."
