(A/N: Pretend Hunter & Jey are different people in different bodies, okay?)

Day 2 » Shop Class

I gather my things and head for first period: shop class. While I walk as fast as I can without running, I feel something in front of my legs. The next I know, I'm on the ground. My stuff falls everywhere. Damn it.

I look up and see Hunter standing over me, smirking. "Hello!" He says in a high pitched voice. "Hello," I reply, "please just get away. I don't want to deal with you."

"Too bad. You're fun to mess with," he tells me. He then tussles my hair, causing me to slap his hand. "Please do me a favor and just fuck off," I tell him.

"But I don't wanna do that, Jey Jey," he says. "Don't call me that," I growl. I hate that nickname. It just brings back horrible memories. Those horrible memories include my last boyfriend and middle school.

"Why?" Hunter asks. "You know why," I reply, feeling tears burn my eyes. I bite my lip and look away from him. After years of therapy and forgetting, this memory comes back to the surface. Why?

"Get the hell away from him," I hear Shannon yell behind Hunter. I look beside Hunter and see her. "Go. Don't make me do the 'thing' again," Shannon warns. Hunter's eyes widens and he dashes away. He's probably off to hang out with Gregory.

"You okay?" Shannon asks, kneeling down beside me. "Yeah," I reply, "just shaken." "He mentioned it again, didn't he?" Shannon asks. I nod. Pretty much everyone knows what happened during that year of eighth grade.

"Let's gather your things and go to Mr. Stanley's class. Then you can go to the guidance counselor if you need to," Shannon suggests. "No, I don't need to," I reply, "I can deal with this alone." "Okay, but if I even get the feeling that you're doing something harmful to yourself, I'm telling an adult," she threatens.

"Okay," I reply. I won't hurt myself. I'll just write in my journal again. (And cry.)

Shannon and I begin to gather the things I need for Me. Stanley's class. After a few seconds, it's all gathered. Shannon helps me stand up. Next, we're on our way to shop class.

"Thanks for helping me back there," I tell her.

"Don't mention it!" She smiles, "I would've done it for anyone. I can't stand Hunter."

"Neither can I" I reply, "why can't he go back to Canada?"

"I don't know," Shannon says, "but I wish he would."

We share a laugh before entering Mr. Stanley's classroom. He smiles at us as we walk through the door. "Good morning Jeydon and Shannon," he says, "have you seen Jordan?"

"He had to talk to the 'GC'," I reply. The codeword for 'guidance counselor' is 'GC'. We use it so no one gets embarrassed.

"Gotcha," he says, "take your seats!"

Shannon and I sit in the back as usual. We then turn our attention to Mr. Stanley. I hope Jordan is alright. Maybe he'll tell me about it. I mean, we've known each other for years. He'll trust me...right?

(A/N: Kinda short, I know. I'm just trying to write as much as I can! More action will go on later. Maybe something rarely used by me- time skips. So, that's what's coming up! Bye!)
