Ella's POV
"So we apparently can come in the dugout and hang during games now", I said to Danielle
"Yeah, I know. Keaton told me", she smiled
"Won't it be weird being with all those guys you made out with"
"Nope. I never touched the baseball guys"
"WHAT", she shrieked
"I. Never. Touched. Them", I say again
"Woah"
"I just didn't want to ruin the only sport I liked, ya know", I said getting up
"So what should I wear"
"Flannel, white V-neck, light blue shorts, and black converse"
"Hat", I question
"No. Hopefully Henry will give you his"
"Okay", I say and walk to the bathroom
"Are you busy tonight", she yelled through the door
"After the game, no", I yelled back
I walked out and went to the mirror and put some makeup on and braided my hair
"Okay, lets go"
She nodded and we left for the field
"Hey", Henry said as he came over to the dug out after warm up.
"Your all sweaty already", I cringed
"No, I just jumped in the pool a couple minutes ago", he said sarcastically
I rolled my eyes as the team came over
"Guys, this is Ella"
"We know dude. You're the new kid remember Sean joked
"Shush. I was being polite. Ella go find a spot in there with Danielle"
"Okay", she smiled and pecked my lips
"Awwww", the boys mocked
He stuck out his tongue
"Lets go", Keaton said moving them to the field
They played the game and won 28-26
"Good game boys", Danielle smiles going over to Keaton
"Thanks Danielle", the boys said
"Practice Wednesday after school", Keaton says
They all do a weird handshake and part ways
"Ella come to the bathroom with me"
"Why", I ask Danielle
"NOW", she orders
I roll my eyes and leave with her
We come back a couple minutes later and it's dark at this point
"Ready", I ask before looking up
"Ready", she smiles as we leave
"Woah", I whisper
"Do you like it", Henry asks walking toward me
"I love it", I say frozen
"Sean made us some supper and we can play some baseball", Henry says as I walk toward him
Before he can say anything else, I hug him. Not some weak hug, a strong hug
"Thanks", I whisper
"No problem"
I hug him again
"Lets get this going. We can PDA this later", he smiles
We eat the food and the ice cream
"You ready to get your ass whooped", I say jumping up
"Sure. Whatever you say", he rolled his eyes
"Danielle, you're on my team", I say pulling them from their conversation on the hill
"Lets do this shit", she jumps up and starts to run over to me
That's when she trips on a hole and falls down
"BITCH", she yells
We all run over to her
"ER time", Keaton says
"FUCK", Danielle whines
"Fun first date", I smile to Henry and hug him
