Lumapit ako sa eksena.
"Miss Ella? You can go up now. Vince is at the 10th floor." I said.

Tumango ako at binitawan na nila si Ella. Taas ang kilay na nilampasan lang ako nito. Wala man lang talagang manners.

Ano kayang magiging reaksyon ni Vince pag nagpakita si Ella dun bigla? And that annoying Mau, I hate her.
Ilang sandali akong nakatayo lang sa lobby. Bigla kong narealize ang ginawa ko. Si Vince nga pala ang maiipit. Nagmadali akong pumunta sa elevator. Too late dahil nasa 7th floor na ito. Sa isang elevator ako sumakay paakyat. I hope maabutan ko sa sa corridor si Ella.
But..
Pagsapit sa 10th floor, wala si Ella sa corridor. Patakbo akong pumasok sa office.
Saktong pagbukas ng pinto ay nakita ko ang pagsampal ni Maureen sa pisngi ni Vince.
"How could you do this to me?"
She went out of the office, nilampasan ako. Sumunod si Vince. Nakasunod din si Ella.
Too late for me to stop this from happening. It's all my fault.
Ilang minuto ako sa office hanggang sa bumalik si Vince.
Lumapit sya sa akin at mahigpit akong hinawakan sa braso.
"Why you did that?" singhal nya. Galit na galit ang mga mata nya na parang papatay ng tao.
"I-I'm sorry Vince.. I just.. " I have no excuse. I did that for my own interest.
"Do you know what just happened? Maureen broke up with me. She won't listen to whatever I say!" sigaw nya sa muka ko. "Do you know how much she means to me?"
Naiiyak ako sa pagtataas nya ng boses. Lalo na sa paghawak nya sa braso ko.
It's the first time we had this heated argument. It's the first time he actually hurt me physically.
"Why do you have to act like this?" frustrated na tanong nya. "Answer me! Damnit!! " niyugyog nya ako.

"Get out! Now!" itinuro nya ang pinto.
"Sige na, Juli, uwi ka na muna" pakiusap ni Jerome habang hawak hawak si Vince.
Wala akong nagawa kundi lumabas ng office na yun.
