Let's begin with best character in the Tartoros arc. One of the better written characters in the show. Also Too bad there isn't much to say about him since he was the antagonist for the arc. Great Character design. Flawless in sub and dub.
He was the leader of the Tartoros guild and another demon from the Books of Zeref. He is the most powerful demon excluding E. N. D. and thus was also referred to as 'Underworld King'. He is calm, collected and intelligent. He does not act rashly. He is also the one who formed the Nine Demon Gates and Hell's Core which was used to regenerate the Etherious demons.
One good thing about this character is that he doesn't become some good guy after almost being beaten by Fairy Tail.
Too bad I can't write more about him and how amazing he is since he was there for a short amount of time.
