Chapter Thirteen: Training with Rueben

"Not so goood morning, life!" I yawned
I got up from my bed and looked at the mirror.

"Chance, this is the start... You will find who you are!
You won't need to call yourself useless anymore!
You can be anything you want.
But first of all, I need to get that book!"

I got ready and headed out.
I was locking my door when out of the blue...

"Hey, Tenforth.."
"What the hell do you want, Your Highness." I said bluntly. I know, I know, I'm rude. But what can I say?
This guy gets on my nerves.. For some odd reason.

"Aww. So early in the morning, and here you are boiling up like a pot~" he cooed

"And who do you think fault's is it?" I barked

"Uhmm.. Your boyfriend?" He playfully said
"Ahahaha. I don't have one.." I said

"You don't? How could a cute girl like you doesn't have a boyfriend? Imposible." He said

Tch. Typical..

"And how many girls have you told that?"
I sarcastically said, he became quite annoyed but returned to his usual grimace. Annoying.

"Only you...My princess." He smirked

"Oh really? Only normal guys tell that kind of lines.."
I said and shove him off, I went on my way and ignored his strong gaze that I can feel behind my neck!

"Seriously... Do I look like a pastime? Dudes come to me when they want to. Why can't girls do that?"
I asked in the air

"You are such an airhead.. You know that?"

"No asks your opinion, stupid flying voice!" I snark

"Your choice.. But I'm just telling the truth here.
But it is better if you learn in by yourself, Princess."

"Oh please.. We're not sure yet if I'm really the princess. Don't count into me too much." I told him

"Ahh.. Finally!" I exclaimed

"You're 5 minutes late, Tenforth." A guy spoke
"Sorry, I just had a little aquientance over by surprise."
I excused
"No excuses! Now get in your training uniform!"
He ordered which snarled me

"Uhmm.. Uniform?" I asked and just in time, Mrs. Blacksmith barged in outside shouting:

"Chaaaance! Here's you're uniform! Now there's the ladies' room, by the left, right corner." She says

"Oh. Thank you very much!" I said with a warm smile

I went to the ladies' room that Mrs. Blacksmith told me to. Left.. then right corner. Okay!

I changed into my training uniform..
It was a navy blue tracksuit, it felt comfortable to my skin type.. I tied up my hair in a ponytail and headed outside once more.

"Rueben, when do we start practicin-" I cut myself off at the display in front of me.
"What is this? A death parkour? What's all of this for?"
I continuously asked

"You said you want the book right?" He asked
"Yeah." I replied but with my eyebrows furrowed
"This 'setting' is the closest thing I can make to train you. We can start right now, if you want..
Unless, you're chickening out."
He said with a smirk

I rolled my eyes and said
"We're starting now!"

*After HEAVY training*

"You know what?" I started
"What?" He asked
"I'm not even sure if I'm the princess, I shouldn't be doing all of this! I g-g-gi-gi-giv.." I tried to mumble
