As the evening comes to a conclusion and all the other events are cleaned up for the night, TECH has a special event in store. The Halloween Parade! A spooky night show, full of fun and fear. If you're in TECH submit your float to the parade via comments. You've got until October 31st to submit. [Do not begin role playing until Halloween. Submission only until then. No more submissions on Halloween, roleplaying only at that point] There will be a best float winner! Who can get the most 'ooo's and 'ahhh's?
