Chapter 18
Kendall Sparks was fighting his mother. Lydia threw a punch, but Kendall dodged it. He grabbed her arm and flipped her over. She landed on the ground. Kendall leaned forward and realization covered his face.
"I really can't kill." He mused.
Lydia smiled and nodded. "You were never the type to kill. You're to moral." Lydia stood. She moved towards Kendall. All of a sudden, her eyes widened and she fell. Diego stood behind her. He'd put a knife through her heart.
Both of Kendall's parents were dead.
"Are you okay, Kendall?" Diego asked.
"Yes, I'm fine." Kendall replied. "I thought I could kill them, but I was wrong. I don't think a life could ever be ended by my hands."
"That's not a bad thing." Diego pointed out.
"I know. I just really thought I could."
"You're really just too moral to kill. You'd only do it, if you had no choice." Diego put his hand on Kendall's shoulder.
"Morality isn't a bad thing." Kendall sighed.
"It's not." Diego agreed. Vivian ran up to Kendall and threw her arms around him.
"I was worried about you." She whispered.
"You were right. I'm to moral to kill." He admitted.
"You are very moral." Vivian smiled.
