18 ~ Riddle Me This...

Lias POV

So basically a few days ago we went on a search party for our friend Nanners. We've gotten everyone from there 'group' to help. Even these wierdos called Mr Sark and GassyMexican. Most of them don't want to reveal there real names, but I don't know why. Why give yourself a nickname that just makes you sound like you're a Hispanic who can't hold their chipotle very well? But anyway, we've been getting these riddles to 'explain' where Nanners is. Maybe I should be the one explaining in more detail.

Six days ago, 31st October 2020

We saw a note Nanners left for us. It was in the alley way he made a pact in 5 years ago. We were all on call right now, Smii7y and Kryoz found the note. John read it out..

''I'm in a place we've been before

Its pretty close to the shore

It was only you and I

We sat there and looked at the sky

We were having fun John, right?''

But then 'someone' did 'something' bad at night...

By the way I have done our pact,

And you should to if you want to stay in tact"

"Okay, well what's that supposed to mean?" Is asked. There was a long pause.

"Some shit happened in our past, okay? I was defending myself against them." We all heard John say.

"Whose them? What? When?" Smii7y was way over protective.

"Let's just go to this fucking beach!" We heard Kry say, Smii7y huffed and followed after them.

30 minutes later.

They arrived at some sorta rock pool as Mini and Wildcat arrived as well. Mini said he'd read out the next note.

"This is a place only me and John know

Where no one else would dare to go.

Only enter if youre brave,

Because this isn't a normal cave.

If you want to see your path ahead,

Take a flashlight or you'll leave there dead...

Huh? Where the fuck is this? I'm not aware of ANY caves here in LA.."

"Like he said, it was only a place we knew about. Back when we were friends, and didn't fake it. Let's go, follow me.." John said, but he didn't have to drive far. He drove a little down the beach near a rock pool, way on the other side.

Lui and Nogla also turned up. Lui said he's read this one.

"Are you ready for this special day?

Me and my friend hunting our prey.

I mean we've known each other for years.

Don't think I dont know all your fears.

Each day I'd watch you cry,

And I wouldnt let you die.

Do you think I'll let you get away?

You're wrong, im gonna make you pay.

Every day I watched you scream,

To stay by your side was your little dream.."

"I've had enough of these fucking riddles. We gotta find Nanners now.." Tyler shouted.

"That's what we're doing!" Lui argued back.

"This doesn't even tell you any clues this time! Its bullshit!" Tyler argued back.

"GUYS ENOUGH!" After John screamed that, everyone fell silent. Nobody dared to scream to loud.

"I'm telling you now, these aren't Nanners. Infact, none of them are. I don't know whose behind this, all I know is they've got Nanners. And we have to find him. He's been by our side for years, okay? Neo he's lost his best friend, and we've lost a close person. Actually we've had a lot of fucking deaths since we all started this bullshit job. Now, let's continue with this. We are gonna track him down!"

There was a small pause. Then we heard Marcel slow clap.

"Good fucking point John, couldn't agree more. But I think I have a clue who could be behind this."

"Who?" Me and Sausage said I'm sync.

"Sattelizer"

Current Day

I rung up Lui as fast as I could.

"Hey Lia What's good?" I heard him answer in his squeaker voice.

"Serious stuff actually. Tell  everyone else to all meet me at base. We've found something weird in the last riddle.."

"What is it?"

"I'll have to explain when you get here. As we know its not Nanners whose writing this, its creepy as fuck!"

"On our way!"

I ended the call and examined the paper once more. I sighed.

"Babe, everything's gonna be fine! He's all good." Sausage is trying to comfort me, but I couldn't help it.

"Yeah but I don't wanna see any of our friends hurt. Y'know?"

He nodded. Holy shit, this job is horrible.

Before I didn't know where I was going with this book but hell yeah I do now!

Sorry to say this, but imma finish this book at Chapter 20. I KNOW HOW COOL! I'll definitely make a book two. And I know where it'll be based, know whose gonna be in it. I feel like this isn't even a Brohm book anymore, but these two chapters it will be.

I ain't revealing whats in riddle three yet that's spooky. Maybe a hint in the next chapter. Gonna start writing chapter 19 rn. I hope to finish this book tonight.
