Gotham One Shots

Ivy & Selena's argument

"Never again."
That's what Ivy kept telling herself.
"I'll never trust that backstabber again!"
As she walks through the crime filled alleys, she kept muttering to herself.

She was lost in thought before someone shoved her against a cold brick wall.
They pointed a gun at her head, and spoke.
"Give me all your money! Or I'll shoot!"

It was a familiar voice to this particular red head.
Very familiar.

Before she new what she was doing, she ripped the persons mask off, to reveal Selena.

"What do you want Selena?!" Ivy said with anger.

"Sorry! I didn't know it was you! You can't really see with this stupid thing on!" Selena said ripping her mask from Ivy's hands.

Ivy said nothing, instead she just turned and kept walking.

"Ivy."
"Ivy, I'm sorry!" Selena called after her friend,"I didn't know that was you!"

"It isn't about that!" Ivy said without turning to face Selena.

"Then what?" Selena said, forcing Ivy to turn around.

"You know what." Ivy said to her, yanking her arm away from her. Ivy turned again, and tried to walk away.

"For calling you dumb? Well, you kinda are!" She said to Ivy's back.
Ivy stopped in her tracks.

"Have you noticed that friends ends with ends?" Ivy said infuriated with Selena.

Selena said nothing.
Ivy went home, and tended to her plants as if nothing was wrong.
