Connor lets us go back to my place and I pack everything I need. I sling the back over my shoulder and we meet Connor outside my door.
"Hey Anubis," he begins. "Do you know how to shadow travel?"
Anubis nods. "Where to?"
"Camp Half Blood," Connor grins, holding a picture out of a clearing that is abruptly stopped by a forest.
"But that's a forest," I start.
"Exactly,"
Anubis looks at me and gives a shrug. He holds my hand and awkwardly puts his other on Connors shoulder.
A flash of black surrounds us and then we're in the exact place the photographer was for the picture. I put my hand on my head, feeling dizzy.
"I'll never get used to that," Connor mumbles.
He staggers in the direction of the forest and motions for us to follow. Anubis sweeps me up off my feet and carries me bridal style. "Anubis!"
"Sadie!" He mocks back.
I roll my eyes and sigh. I look around and notice we're already in the forest. Connor strolls down a trail and leads us to a huge camp with hundreds of cabins. 12 main cabins sit in the middle of it all, 2 rows of 6 facing one another, and a giant mansion like house sits facing the long row in between the cabins. It reminds me of a host sitting at the head of the table and guests scattered amongst it.
"Welcome to Camp Half Blood," Connor grins.
Just then, a gorgeous blond with striking grey eyes jogs up to Connor.
"They've found news about Travis. They might have a guess at where he is," she pants. "Chiron is at the Big House and wants you to report to him."
Connors face turns pale and he gives a grim nod. "Annabeth, please take care of these two," he motions towards us. "They're not Demigods, but they are- what are you?"
Anubis and I look at each other. I step forwards. "I am Sadie Kane, a skilled Magician, host of Isis, daughter of the Egyptian God Osiris. But that's a long story and that's really extremely rare. My father and mother had me before he took Osiris's place," I add.
Annabeth slowly nods, just like Connor did when I told him.
"I'm Anubis, Egyptian god of funerals and jackals."
Annabeth begins to nod again, but freezes. "Hang on just a moment,"
She runs to a shiny black cabin about 10 feet away and knocks on the door. After a minute, it opens and she talks to whoever is standing behind the door.
She walks back in our direction, a boy with pale skin and jet black hair trailing behind her.
Anubis glances at him, a look of surprise waving over his face. "Nico?"
