Chapter 8/ Halloween. Shit goes down

Emelie P.O.V
I was still in hospital, but apparently I quick healed in my stomach but my wrist was bandaged up and my thigh had six stictches in it. I didn't know why I healed quickly and they wouldn't tell me...

John wouldn't leave my side, he was always with me he didn't go out to get food he would stay here.

I heard the door open to reveal a worried Zoe "oh my god em, I heard what happened, I'm wagging school to come here by the way and everyone's talking about how Cody attacked you and he's going to go to jail for attempt murder" she said rushing to my side and sitting down.

"Oh yeah, I'm fine I get to leave at 4 but I don't think I can come to your party sorry"  I said she smiled "em, I understand and it's fine, I can cancel it if you want and come over to your house if you want too and we can binge watch all the Friday the thirteenths" she said grinning I shook my head no "zo, this is your party and I'm not going to make you cancel it because I got attacked, you go have fun I'll be fine home alone watching movies and eating ice cream" I said

"You won't be home alone"

I turn to see john awake,  "I'll be there with you, my stuff is there so I'll be coming home with you and I'll stay" John said "but John.  Didn't you want to get in with a certain someone?" I asked confused "nope not anymore I like someone else" he said smiling at me.

"Okay then, ill see you guys later" Zoe said

8 hours later

I finished my checkups and I was clear to go home, I had those elbow crutches to help me get my strength back but I also had john helping me walk.

We made it home I was sitting on the couch just surfing the web while john was watching me I scrolled past a photo of me and my couison when we were little kids"awh Emelie is that you when you were little"

My cheeks went hot all of a sudden I slammed my laptop lid down causing john to chuckle.

His phone then began to ring I grabbed it to see who it was but john grabbed it off me causing me to yelp at the sudden movement "don't touch my phone Emelie" john said firmly getting up to leave the room.

'What is he hiding that I can't see his phone?' I opened my laptop again and started watching a movie.

20 minutes or so passed and john came back into the room "I have to leave, and won't be back till tomorrow" he said angrily, he walked out of my house and slammed it causing me to jump, 'why'd he leave and why was he so cross' I thought to myself before continuing to watch the movie.

I was watching the movie before my eyes became heavy and I soon drifted off to sleep.

Michael Myers P.O.V
I walked up to the window of Emelie's house and listened in onto john I think was his names conversation on the phone with someone else.

"She can't know that I'm Working with you, we'll kill her soon, yes Cody I'll help you out of jail" I heard john say.

Those words "we'll kill her soon" made anger build up inside me, I wanted to kill her myself. And I was going to kill this john guy and Cody when he got out of jail.
