*Aria's POV*

I left the coffee shop and quickly ran home. I walked inside and Ken was waiting for me.

Ken- WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU
Aria- Ke-Dad i'm sorry, My teacher wanted me to stay after cause I was confused on an assignment
Ken- THAT'S NOT A GOOD ENOUGH REASON

He grabbed my wrist and threw me on the floor, again. I'll spare you the details. He took my phone and I went upstairs.

Ken- YOU DON'T GET YOUR PHONE BACK TODAY!

I sighed and laid in my bed. A few hours later I snuck in his room and grabbed my phone, I saw a bunch of texts from an unknown number

???- Hey it's Jonah
Jonah- You said 6-7?
Jonah- What happened?
Jonah- Aria?
Jonah- Are you ok?

I laid back on my bed and sighed. I'm fucked. A few minuets passed and the doorbell rang

Ken- DON'T YOU COME DOWN YOU BITCH! I GOT IT!

*Jonah's POV*

I got to Aria's house and rang the doorbell. I heard her D-Ken scream at her not to move. He opened the door and smiled at me.

Ken- Who are you?
Jonah- I'm Jonah
Ken- Ohhhh Jonah! It's so nice to meet you, I'm Ken Alexander. Are you that kid Jesse was gonna send me?
Jonah- U-Um depends on what he sent me for
Ken- Come on in, you can meet her
Jonah- Um, Jesse didn't tell me what I was here for
Ken- Of course he didn't! You are the one that Jesse sent to rape my bitch of a daughter

I gulped

Jonah- I-I am?
Ken- You are Jonah Small right?

Ken- I'll bring you up to her room

He walked me inside.

Ken- ARIA GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE!

She slowly walked downstairs and her eyes got big, I stuck my finger over my mouth signaling her not to say anything

Ken- Aria, this is Jonah
Aria- Ok
Ken- You are going to listen to what he says and do whatever he wants you to, you are going to be a good girl for him

I saw her eyes get wide again and she nodded.

Ken- Now, I'm going back to sleep. Don't be too loud Aria

He winked which made me internally gag. She walked me up to her room and sat on her bed.

Aria- Jonah, I trusted you
Jonah- What are you talking about?
Aria- You are one of those guys that my dad hires to rape me
Jonah- No i'm not. He thinks my name is Jonah Small, It's Jonah Marais
Aria- O-Oh
Jonah- Why didn't you tell me about this?
Aria- I didn't tell you a lot
Jonah- Why?
Aria- Cause I hate getting flashbacks from things I don't wanna remember
Jonah- Come here

I walked over to her and hugged her. We stayed like that for a few minuets

Aria- Jonah.....
Jonah- Yes?
Aria- Didn't you say he was expecting a Jonah Small?
Jonah- We have to get out of here
Aria- What about my stuff?

I grabbed a suit case and we started stuffing all of her stuff in it. It took us about 10 minuets to do so. Once we were done we heard a knock at the door, we looked at each other and our eyes got wide. Her dad opened the door as we tried to find a way out. We opened the window as her dad yelled in frustration. We ran down the street to where I parked my car. We got in and I started it.

Aria- Great, where am I gonna live now?
Jonah- My house
Aria- I don't know, what if your parents don't like me
Jonah- They will

We drove to my house and got out.

Aria- No no no no, I can't go in
Jonah- Why?
Aria- The bruises, and cuts. I'm so ugly Jonah I can't
Jonah- It's ok
Aria- Your parents are going to look at me like i'm crazy. Jonah i'm hideous, I can't

I walked over to her and hugged her

Jonah- You are beautiful
Aria- Sure........

We walked inside and my family looked confused

Jonah- Oh wow, I didn't know everyone was here
Esther- Who is this?
Jonah- Esther I don't have time to explain right now, follow us upstairs

She nodded and the 3 of us walked upstairs. We got into my room and Esther sat down.

Esther- So who is this
Aria- I'm-
Jonah- No time Esther, Can you run a hot bath?
Aria- I'll explain later

I saw Aria give Esther a weak smile before Esther stood up and walked into my bathroom, she shut the door and I turned to Aria

Jonah- You should smile more, Not just fake smiles.... Actual smiles
Aria- Well being in my situation its kinda hard to smile
Jonah- I have a question
Aria- Yes?
Jonah- While you are in the bath, can I tell them everything that I know?
Aria- Yes, if I do it I might cry
Jonah- Ok, Don't cry anymore Aria. You are safe now

I hugged her and kissed her head. We pulled apart and Esther opened the door

Esther- It's ready Jonah and.....
Aria- Aria
Jonah- But don't call her Ari
Aria- Jonah!

She hit my arm and she smiled

Jonah- THAT SMILE! USE IT MORE!

She rolled her eyes as she walked into the bathroom
